Laboratory <strong>HCILAB<\/strong> \u03c4\u03bf\u03c5 <strong>of the Department of Informatics &amp; Telecommunications of the University of Ioannina,<\/strong>together with the <strong>IEEE Student Branch UOI | Arta<\/strong>\u200e <strong>in the 11th Panhellenic Exhibition of Arta<\/strong>, which took place from <strong>September 27 to October 3, 2025<\/strong> at the Arta Exhibition Center.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udd39 The booth presented innovative <strong>Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR\/AR)<\/strong>applications, <strong>interactive educational environments<\/strong>as well as original student projects combining <strong>artificial intelligence<\/strong>, <strong>, physical interaction sensors,<\/strong> and <strong>cutting\u2013edge technologies,<\/strong>highlighting the creativity and research work of the University of Ioannina.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udd39 The Formula driving simulator attracted particular interest <strong>offering visitors a realistic high-speed<\/strong>experience and making <strong>the stand one of the<\/strong>most popular attractions at the exhibition.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udd39 The stand was visited by representatives of the Municipality of Arta <strong>including the Mayor of Arta, Mr. Christoforos Siafakas<\/strong>, \u03b7 <strong>the Deputy Mayor for Everyday Life and Civil Protection, Ms. Tsola Angela,<\/strong>the <strong>President of the Exhibition and Deputy Mayor for Culture,<\/strong>Mr. Kefis Nikolaos, <strong>as well as the Exhibition Manager, Ms. Georgia Koutsiavti.<\/strong>.<br \/>Special mention should <strong>be made of the Deputy Mayor for Sports, Education &amp; Lifelong<\/strong>Learning and Preschool Education, Mr. Christos Giotis, who contributed significantly to the transport and organization of the stand.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udd39 Visitors showed keen interest, with many people trying out the applications, while <strong>ART TV<\/strong> highlighted the event through reports and interviews.<\/p><p>The participation of <strong>Epirus XR Center<\/strong> and the <strong>IEEE Student Branch UOI | Arta<\/strong> was living proof <strong>of the role of university research and student innovation<\/strong> in the development of the local community, entrepreneurship, and technological extroversion.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udca1 The mission continues with a vision to spread technology,
