The IEEE Student Branch at the University of Ioannina | Arta will be present at the welcome event for first-year students in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in Amphitheater A.

New students will have the opportunity to get to know the IEEE Student Branch firsthand—its activities and community—as well as the opportunities offered by active participation in an international technology and engineering community.

Through their involvement in the Branch, students can engage with cutting-edge technologies, participate in events, talks, and educational activities, develop new skills, and collaborate with people who share common interests.

If you’re a freshman and want to meet new people, gain experience, and actively participate in events centered on technology and innovation, come meet our team!
